I have a great understanding of households and am able to solve problems and offer valuable advice including training, strategic planning, staff performance and organisational strategy.  I can provide an objective view and best in class knowledge, avoiding internal politics and sensitive situations.   Acting as a liaison between the Principal and employees to understand how their performance affects the household, I create a plan to improve efficiency in the home and a list of recommendations to transform the way you live.
